Successful systems toxicology research and their real world deployment requires proper handling of massive data including capability to classify effects of chemicals, understand reactions at molecular levels, and prediction of effects for unknown chemicals. Recent advance in systems biology, combined with large-scale data analytics and artificial intelligence techniques enables us to map out landscape of biological reactions for a range of chemicals. Combination of unique datasets, simulations, and machine learning are key for the success of systems toxicology. This session represents some of recent practice that are on the leading edge of systems toxicology research and deployment.
