ABSTRACT CONTENT / DETAILS:
Open TG-Gates is a large, systematically collected dataset created by the Japanese Toxicogenomics Project.

In 2013, the first user-friendly interface for this data, called Toxygates, was released.

We show briefly how to use Toxygates to interrogate the transcriptome's response to toxic stimuli, and discuss the data integration challenges faced during the development process and how we addressed them, as well as our efforts to generalise the technology to easily create similar applications in the future.
