Biokinetics is a branch of biosciences which studies the fate of substances administered to a living organism. Biokinetics modelling techniques aim at the development of mathematical models (typically ordinary differential equations) that simulate and predict the absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion (ADME) of synthetic or natural chemical substances in humans and other animal species.
