S1: Comput. Modelling of the Nano Scale
eNanoMapper is developing a data management and analysis infrastructure together with ontologies supporting the safety assessment activities of the European nanomaterials research and development community.
The eNanoMapper project is addressing this need by developing an agreed ontology, i.e. a common language for the characterization of ENMs and a database infrastructure for data storage, sharing and searching. This presentation will focus on the JaqPot modelling infrastructure which has been developed in the context of the eNanoMapper project.
In effect of conducting six EU FP7 projects (NanoPUZZLES, ModENPTox, PreNanoTox, MODERN, MembraneNanoPart, eNanoMapper) and COST MODENA action we have created solid basis for predictive modelling the relationships between structure and properties/activity of nanoparticles.
