Infrastructure Deployment

Building knowledge bridges between a world of islands
Experience in:

 supporting multiple groups and locations
international collaboration
intregrating diverse experimental evidence
incorporating complex modelling and analysis

Our infrastructure is guided by principles supporting effective individual tasks and co-working, where a significant amount of work, analysis and decision making may be carried out virtually.

For example:
We have developed the ToxBank infrastructure supporting and servicing hundreds of scientists involved in alternative testing research, based upon the framework developed within the OpenTox project.

We have developed and deployed an event-driven collaboration architecture for consensus-based decision making in drug discovery projects.

We deploy a support infrastructure involving a semantic collaborative laboratory framework, interoperating with a cloud of web services through an ontology describing virtual and experimental screening data.
