We have used Pharmatrope's Titanium Models to predict the association of the TCAMS compounds with 19 selected hepatobiliary adverse events:

Complement the your findings on the TCAMS subset using the file at this link. The document contains a list with each compound of the TCAMS subset we have worked with in this exercise, together with the number of adverse events (out of the 19 listed above) Titanium predicts each compound to be associated with (only associations considered statistically relevant are counted).
